What Custom Packaging Options Are Available

BrandSKU offers five custom packaging services you can use to make every order feel like it came from your own brand. They work individually or in any combination, and they're available from your first order — no minimum quantity, no bulk commitment.

The Five Custom Packaging Options

Custom Packaging (Branded Boxes and Mailers). Replace the plain shipping box or poly mailer with a branded version printed with your logo, brand colors, and any custom artwork. Multiple sizes available depending on the product.

Hang Tags. Small branded tags attached to the product via string or plastic loop, available in paper, cardstock, or fabric. Common uses: product name and logo, price tag, care instructions, or a short brand story.

Inserts (Thank-You Cards, Discount Codes). Printed cards placed inside the package alongside the product. Common formats: thank-you card, discount code for the next purchase, QR code linking to a review page or social media, or a story card. One-sided or two-sided, in various sizes.

Tissue Paper. Custom-printed tissue paper that wraps the product inside the package. Customization options include a repeating logo pattern, brand colors, or custom illustrations.

Private Labels (Neck Labels, Care Labels). Labels printed or sewn onto the product itself — most commonly interior neck labels on apparel, but also side seam labels, care instruction tags, and hem tags on soft goods. Private labels replace the manufacturer's original label.

Combining Options

All five services can be combined on the same order. Start with one and add more as your brand grows.

Applying Packaging to Your Order

1. Log in to your BrandSKU account and open the product designer.
2. Click Branding Services in the sidebar.
3. Select the packaging options you want to add.
4. Choose the artwork from your brand folder for each service.
5. Preview the full branded order before checkout.
