Understanding Order Statuses on BrandSKU

Sofia Ramirez Written by Sofia Ramirez

To check the status of your orders, go to Dashboard → Orders → My Orders. Each order is labeled with a status that tells you where it is in the fulfillment journey. This article explains what each status means and what action, if any, you need to take.

Order Statuses

All

Pending Sync

The order has been synced from your store, but BrandSKU couldn't automatically recognize the design or product mapping.

Action needed: Open the order and manually bind the design by clicking Choose Design to proceed with fulfillment.

Pending Payment

The order has been created but hasn't been paid yet.

Action needed: Complete payment as soon as possible. If payment isn't made within 7 days, the order will be closed automatically.

Being Fulfilled

Once payment is received, the order moves into Being Fulfilled. It has been added to the production queue and is waiting to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Shipped

Your order has left the warehouse. You can track it using the tracking number provided in the order details.

Note: Some orders may ship in multiple packages if the products come from different warehouses. Make sure to track all packages in the order, not just the first one.

Completed

All packages in the order have been delivered. You can now leave a review or reach out to support if there's any issue with what was received.

Canceled

The order was cancelled before payment was made. Cancelled orders don't go into production and no charges apply.

Action needed: If the order has already been paid and you want to cancel, contact support immediately — cancellation is only possible before production starts.

Closed

The order was closed automatically for one of the following reasons:

  • Payment was not completed within 7 days.
  • The shipping address is in a region BrandSKU can't deliver to.

If your order was closed and you'd like to place it again, create a new order with an updated address or complete payment on time.
