Whether you're checking on a customer's shipment, verifying a charge, or reviewing an order before it ships, you can find everything about a single order — recipient information, product details, shipping method, tracking, and full cost breakdown — from your BrandSKU dashboard.
Where to Find Your Orders
To view your orders, go to Dashboard → Orders → My Orders. You'll see a list of all orders in your account, sorted by most recent. Use the filters at the top to narrow by status, store, date range, or order number.
Click any order to open its full details.
What's in the Order Details Page
Each order details page is organized into a few sections so you can quickly find what you need.
Order Summary
At the top of the page, you'll see the order number, order date, current status, and the store the order came from (if synced from a connected store). Manual orders are marked separately.
Recipient and Shipping Address
The customer's full name, shipping address, and contact details. If you need to update the address, this is where you'll find the edit option — provided the order hasn't entered production yet.
Products
Each product in the order is listed with its variant details (size, color, or other options), quantity, and product image. If a design or print file is attached, you can preview it from here.
Shipping Method and Tracking
The shipping method chosen for the order, along with the estimated delivery window. Once the order ships, a tracking number will appear here. Click it to see the shipment's current progress.
Note: If your order ships in multiple packages — for example, when products come from different warehouses — each package will have its own tracking number listed separately.
Cost Breakdown
Scroll down to the Cost Breakdown section for a full itemized view of what the order cost.
Product Cost
The base cost of each product in the order, multiplied by quantity. This is what BrandSKU charges you for producing the product itself.
Branding and Customization
If the order includes custom packaging, hang tags, inserts, private labels, or other branding services, those charges are listed separately so you can see exactly what each add-on costs.
Shipping
The shipping fee, calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Taxes and Fees
Any applicable taxes or platform fees, shown as separate line items.
Total
The final total you paid for the order.
Exporting Order Information
If you need to keep a record for accounting or share the order with a client, click Export at the top of the order details page to download the full order — including cost breakdown — as a PDF or CSV.
