Title: Refund Processing and Arrival Times
At BrandSKU, we handle refund requests as quickly as possible. There are two parts to any refund timeline: the time it takes BrandSKU to process the refund on our end, and the time it takes for the funds to reach your account. This article breaks down both.
Processing Time on BrandSKU's End
Once your refund request is approved, BrandSKU processes the refund within 3 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation notification once the refund has been issued from our side. From that point on, the funds are on their way to your account — the exact arrival time depends on your original payment method.
Refund Arrival Time by Payment Method
How long the refund takes to appear in your account after BrandSKU has processed it varies by payment method.
Credit and Debit Cards
Refunds to Visa, Mastercard, or American Express typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Processing times vary by card issuer, and some banks may take longer to reflect the refund.
PayPal
Refunds to your linked PayPal account usually appear within 3–5 business days.
Stripe
Refunds processed through Stripe typically take 5–10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
BrandSKU Wallet
If you originally paid with your BrandSKU Wallet, the refund is credited back to your Wallet balance immediately after processing — no waiting period.
Payoneer
Refunds for Payoneer top-ups are credited back to your BrandSKU Wallet only, not returned to your Payoneer account. This is because Payoneer top-ups are handled as manual wallet deposits rather than direct payments.
If Your Refund Hasn't Arrived
If it's been more than 7 business days since BrandSKU processed your refund and the funds still haven't appeared:
- Check with your bank or payment provider first. Delays are most often caused by the financial institution, not BrandSKU.
- If your bank confirms nothing has arrived, contact [email protected] with your order number and refund reference. We can confirm whether the refund was issued and provide a reference number you can use to trace it with your bank.
