Yes, in most cases you can modify your design after placing an order — but the possibility depends on your order's current production stage. We understand that last-minute adjustments happen, so we've built a flexible process that allows changes whenever production hasn't started yet.
Modification Windows Based On Order Status
- Pending Review (0–2 hours after placement): Full modifications available. You can change artwork, colors, sizing, text, or product variants freely.
- Design Confirmed (2–24 hours): Minor adjustments still possible, such as text corrections, small color tweaks, or artwork repositioning.
- In Production: Design changes are no longer possible because materials have already been cut, printed, or assembled.
- Shipped or Delivered: The order is closed for edits.
How To Submit A Design Modification Request
- Sign in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order you want to modify and click Request Modification.
- Describe the change clearly. If you're replacing artwork, upload the new file directly in the request form (PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI files up to 100 MB).
- Submit the request and wait for confirmation from our production team.
Our team usually responds within 2–4 business hours on working days. Once the modification is approved, we'll pause production, apply the update, and send you a revised proof for final approval before continuing.
What Types Of Changes Are Supported
- Replacing or editing uploaded artwork
- Updating printed text, fonts, or fixing spelling errors
- Adjusting design placement, scale, or rotation
- Changing product color, size, or variant (subject to inventory)
- Updating order quantity (price differences settled through refund or additional charge)
Shipping address and contact information can also be updated separately in the Shipping Details section, even after production begins — as long as the order hasn't left our warehouse.
Modification Fees And Timeline Impact
Most design modifications are free of charge when requested during the pending review window. Once production preparation begins, a small revision fee may apply to cover material or file-processing costs. The exact fee, if any, will always be shown before you confirm the change.
Please note that every modification resets part of the production timeline. Expect a delay of roughly 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the change and the product type.
Tips To Get Your Design Right The First Time
- Preview your design carefully in the live editor and inspect every element on the mockup.
- Double-check spelling, dates, and personalization fields — these are the most common sources of post-order edits.
- Save your artwork in high resolution to avoid quality-related revisions later.
- If you're selling across multiple platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, Wix, or Etsy, make sure the linked design file matches the listing on each store.
