BrandSKU offers three shipping methods so you can balance cost and speed based on your customers' needs. Faster methods cost more but improve customer experience and conversion; slower methods are more economical but require setting the right expectations upfront.
Economy (By Sea)
Delivery time: 15–25 business days.
The most economical option, shipped by sea freight. Best for low-margin products, bulk items, and customers in regions where faster methods significantly increase cost. Not recommended for products sold through impulse-buy channels like TikTok Shop, where long delivery times hurt conversion.
Standard
Delivery time: 10–15 business days.
A middle ground between cost and speed. Suitable for most orders where you want reliable delivery without paying express rates. This is the default option most sellers use for general dropshipping.
Express
Delivery time: 4–7 business days.
The fastest option, using premium carriers. Best for time-sensitive orders, high-value products where fast delivery justifies the cost, and US or EU customers with high delivery expectations. Express shipping significantly reduces refund and chargeback rates but increases per-order cost.
How to Choose the Right Method
The right shipping method depends on three factors:
- Your customer's expectations — Amazon-conditioned buyers expect 5–10 day delivery; niche buyers often accept longer waits
- Your product's margin — high-margin products can absorb Express shipping; low-margin products need Economy or Standard
- Your ad channel — TikTok Shop and impulse-buy traffic convert better with Express; email and organic traffic tolerate Standard or Economy
You can offer multiple shipping methods at checkout and let customers choose based on their own priority.
