Forgot your BrandSKU password, or want to change it? Here's how.
If You Forgot Your Password
Step 1: Go to the BrandSKU login page and click Forgot password? below the password field.
Step 2: Enter the email address you used to sign up, then click Send Reset Link.
Step 3: Check your inbox for a reset email from BrandSKU. Click the link and set your new password.
The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it's expired or invalid, request a new one from the login page.
If You Want to Change a Password You Still Remember
Step 1: Log in and click your profile name in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings → Security.
Step 3: Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Save Changes.
If You Can't Reset Your Password
If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, the email address may not match the one on your account.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support at [email protected]—our team will verify your identity before updating your account.
