If you want to link your Etsy shop with BrandSKU, you'll need both a BrandSKU account and an Etsy shop that has completed Etsy's onboarding. Once connected, products you publish from BrandSKU will appear as Etsy listings, and orders from Etsy will flow into BrandSKU for fulfillment automatically.
The connection takes about a minute and is done entirely from your BrandSKU dashboard.
Note: Each Etsy shop can only be linked to one BrandSKU account. If you're managing multiple shops, you'll need to repeat this process for each one.
How to Connect Your Etsy Shop
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your BrandSKU account and navigate to the Dashboard section.
Step 2: Go to Store Settings
From the Dashboard, click Stores in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Select Etsy
In the Store Settings menu, find the Etsy option and click on it.
Step 4: Add a New Store
Click Connect to begin the integration process.
Note: If nothing happens after you click, your browser or firewall may be blocking the redirect. Adjust your pop-up or security settings and try again.
Step 5: Log in to Etsy
You'll be redirected to Etsy's login page. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In to access your account.
Step 6: Select Your Shop and Authorize
If your Etsy account manages multiple shops, choose the specific shop you want to link, then review the permissions BrandSKU requests and approve access.
Once approved, you'll be redirected back to BrandSKU with a Successfully connected store confirmation.
What Syncs Automatically After Connection
- Product publishing — Titles, descriptions, mockups, tags, and variants push to Etsy as new listings
- Order import — New Etsy orders arrive in BrandSKU shortly after checkout
- Fulfillment updates — Once shipped, tracking numbers are sent back to Etsy and the order is marked as completed
- Customer notifications — Etsy sends shipping updates to buyers using your shop's branding
Etsy-Specific Notes to Keep in Mind
- Every print on demand listing must be marked as "Made by a production partner" — BrandSKU should be added as a production partner in your Etsy shop settings before publishing
- Etsy charges a listing fee and transaction fee on each sale, which are separate from BrandSKU's production cost
- Product photos and titles should reflect your own brand style rather than generic mockups to align with Etsy's handmade marketplace guidelines
Additional Information
You can check status, reauthorize, or disconnect at any time from Stores → Etsy in your BrandSKU dashboard. Disconnecting stops future order sync but keeps existing Etsy listings live — they remain visible to buyers until you remove them manually.
If Etsy's authorization expires (Etsy tokens refresh periodically), click Reconnect to restore sync in one step.
