Method 1: Add from the Product Catalog
Use this method when you're browsing BrandSKU's catalog and want to add a product directly to your Etsy shop.
- Step 1: Log in to your BrandSKU account and go to the Catalog.
- Step 2: Browse or search for the product you want to sell.
- Step 3: Click on the product to open its details page.
- Step 4: Click Add to Store in the upper right corner.
- Step 5: Select Etsy as the destination platform, and choose which connected shop to publish to.
- Step 6: Edit the product before publishing: rewrite the title, replace the description, set your retail price, select which variants to offer, and reorder or replace images as needed.
- Step 7: Add up to 13 tags for Etsy search. Etsy relies heavily on titles and tags to match listings to buyer searches, so use specific keywords buyers would actually type.
- Step 8: Click Publish. The product will appear in your Etsy shop manager under Listings within a few minutes.
Method 2: Add from Your Saved Products
Use this method when you've already saved products to your BrandSKU account and want to publish them later.
- Step 1: Log in and go to My Products in your BrandSKU dashboard.
- Step 2: Find the product you want to publish.
- Step 3: Click Publish to Store.
- Step 4: Select your connected Etsy shop.
- Step 5: Edit the product details as needed (title, description, price, variants, images, tags).
- Step 6: Click Publish.
Once published, the product will appear in your Etsy shop manager under Listings. Stock and price updates from BrandSKU will sync automatically, and whenever a customer places an order on your Etsy shop, an order will be triggered in BrandSKU.
