Ordering a sample is the most reliable way to check color, print quality, fabric feel, and overall product presentation before launching to your customers. Sample delivery time is made up of two parts — production time and shipping time — and knowing how each stage works helps you plan launches, photoshoots, and marketing schedules with confidence.
Production Time Explained
Standard Apparel and Accessories
T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and similar items typically finish production in 2 to 3 business days. These use the most common print methods (DTG, DTF) and have well-established workflows.
Home Goods and Ceramics
Mugs, posters, canvas prints, and blankets take slightly longer — usually 3 to 5 business days — due to curing, drying, or framing steps.
Embroidery or Complex Print Jobs
Embroidered items or products with multi-area prints may need an extra day for setup and stitching quality checks.
Sample orders are processed with the same quality standards as retail orders, so timing reflects real production conditions rather than an accelerated test run.
Shipping Time by Destination
- North America (US, Canada): 5 – 8 business days standard, 3 – 5 business days expedited
- Europe (UK, EU): 6 – 10 business days standard, 4 – 6 business days expedited
- Southeast Asia and Oceania: 7 – 12 business days standard, 5 – 7 business days expedited
- Other regions: 10 – 15 business days standard
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product. The actual delivery time will be based on the specific product and destination.
What Can Affect Delivery Time
- Peak seasons (Q4 holidays, major shopping events) — production and carrier volumes rise, adding 1 – 3 business days
- Customs clearance for international shipments — most orders clear quickly, but occasional delays occur
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address — the most common cause of avoidable delays, so double-check details at checkout
- Weather or carrier disruptions — rare but occasionally affect specific regions
