Once you place or sync an order on BrandSKU and complete payment, we handle the entire fulfillment process—sourcing the product from our warehouse or supplier, preparing it for shipment, and shipping it directly to your customer. You don't need to touch inventory, packaging, or shipping labels.
Step 1: Order Confirmed
After payment is received, the order moves from "Pending" to "Processing." This usually happens within minutes.
Step 2: Product Picked and Quality-Checked
The product is pulled from our warehouse (or shipped from the supplier for made-to-order items) and inspected before packing. Damaged or defective items are replaced before shipping.
Step 3: Packed and Labeled
The order is packed in standard packaging by default, or in your custom branded packaging if you've set up private label or branding services. Shipping labels are generated using the address from your order.
Step 4: Shipped
The package is handed off to the carrier you selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number in your order details, which you can share with your customer.
What Determines Fulfillment Speed
Fulfillment time depends on the product type:
- Ready-to-ship products — packed and shipped within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order products (POD, private label) — 3–7 business days for production before shipping
- Custom-branded products — additional 1–2 days for branded packaging assembly
Shipping time to your customer starts after the package is handed off to the carrier, and depends on the destination and shipping method.
